The Bad Guys 2

The Bad Guys 2 is an upcoming American animated heist comedy film loosely based on the children’s book series The Bad Guys by Aaron Blabey. Produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by Universal Pictures it is the sequel to The Bad Guys (2022) and is directed by Pierre Perifel and co-directed by JP Sans. The film stars Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Craig Robinson, Anthony Ramos, Awkwafina, Zazie Beetz, Richard Ayoade, Lilly Singh, and Alex Borstein,  from the first film, and are joined in the sequel by  Danielle Brooks, Maria Bakalova and Natasha Lyonne. The film sees the Bad Guys come out of retirement and joining forces with an all-female criminal squad to perform one last heist.

The Bad Guys 2 will be in theaters August 1st, 2025.
