Josh Safdie’s first solo directorial in over ten years bounces into theaters this Christmas with “Marty Supreme,” a sports drama film starring Timothée Chalamet. Chalamet portrays the epnonymous Marty and follows his quest for greatness in ping pong competition.

The film also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A’zion, Kevin O’Leary, Tyler Okonma and Fran Drescher in supporting roles. Keep your eyes peeled for director Abel Ferrara shooting a gun at the camera in a split-second flash during the trailer.

“Marty Supreme” will be released by A24 and in theaters on December 25th, 2025.
