FX’s latest trailer for the new “Alien: Earth” series hints at multiple menacing alien lifeforms. Noah Hawley’s series, produced by the original “Alien” director Ridley Scott has all the hallmarks of the series including dingy spacecraft and corporate interests run amok. This time around the working-class specialists out of their depth appear to be replaced by a team of Oops! All befuddled but charming androids.
Alien: Earth is an upcoming American science fiction horror television series created by Noah Hawley, based on the Alien franchise. It serves as a prequel and is set two years before the events of the 1979 film Alien. It stars Sydney Chandler, Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, Samuel Blenkin, Essie Davis and Adarsh Gourav.

Alien: Earth premiers on FX  on August 12th, 2025.
